One kick-ass volume served! As always, if you're wondering where to get the earlier releases because some of the download links are now dead, go get the torrent on bakabt. Now v23 is when the Alabasta arc ends, so let's talk about future plans a bit.
Right now, v23-25 and 30-39 don't have tankoban scans so my plan is to work on them next. If anybody has any related suggestions or wishes to inform me some of those volumes actually do have tankoban scanlations already, go ahead.

One Piece v22: Sendspace
Thanks for you work! Much appreciated!
ReplyDeleteThank you very much. I wish you the best for the future!
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for all the work! I fully support the plans of finishing up 23-25 and working on 30-39!
ReplyDeleteThanks a lot Nep Ece! The quality is great! I hope everything works good in the future
ReplyDeleteThank you for the volume and all your hard work . And i support your plan .

ReplyDeleteThough i couldn't download from sendspace,i've tried 3 times and every time download failed after 45MB or so.So can u (or anybody who already downloaded) provide any resumable link like mediafire.
And i also support your plan.
Try this if you still need it. http://www.filedropper.com/onepiecev22
DeleteThanks for the release.
ReplyDeleteAbout vol30-39, you should try to get in touch with Mangarule. Before shutting down, they were going to scan them. Maybe they could give you some cleaned tankobans.
Hi!!! Thanks like always for the hard work!!!
ReplyDeleteYour awesomeness cannot be surpassed! (Well maybe by Oda.)
ReplyDeleteThank you.
Thanks for your excellent work! I can ask if you can add the chapters' titles to color pages? Thanks for the eventual reply!

thank you!!
ReplyDeletei think mangarule is not dead and plotting something underground..
ReplyDeletethey said earlier they bought all the volumes (69-70 and 30-39)
i think they will release it somewhere in the future (maybe under
another name)
I kind of doubt it. I think that Powermanga (which I believe mangarule rebranded themselves to) is only intent on releasing weekly chapters. I doubt we'll be seeing the volumes.
DeletePowermanga is an Italian team. one of the members is friends with the translator and is doing it as a favor for him. Mangarule is someone completely different.
DeleteTheir scans are just as good (if not better) though. Are you sure it's not rebranding?
DeleteThey could be the same, but i wouldn't bet on it. If you're including translation quality when you say scan quality, it's because they both have the same translator
DeleteNo, I mean how clean the scans are. If you look at Mangapanda's scans, you'll notice that there are a lot of smudges and blurs on the scans. For example, compare the top panel of these two pages: http://www.mangapanda.com/one-piece/728/4 and http://www.batoto.net/read/_/206364/one-piece_ch728_by_powermanga/3. You'll notice that Mangapanda's is blurred and smudged while Powermanga's isn't. Powermanga cleans their scans very well and the quality is comparable to Mangarule's, which is what makes me think it's just a rebranding. Both are also groups of italian origin btw.
Deletethe clean scans are from ishuhui.com (see in his credits page) a chinese scanlation team.
DeleteJust thought I'd pass along my gratitude as well: Thank you so much! No matter how much work we might imagine go into these releases, I'm sure the reality is even scarier lol. I very much hope you'll continue your efforts as well since TB's make for a much more authentic and immersive experience for some, myself included. So once again, thank you! And best of luck in the future.
ReplyDeleteHello thanks for HQ scan, your efforts are appreciated.
ReplyDeleteCan you guys please update these chapters on Batato also,
Thanks for the excellent work and for adding title to colors pages!!! Really appreciated!!!
ReplyDeletethanks for the volumes!hope you continue to work on one piece.and it'd be great if you work on vol 30-39,considering mangarule is dead.but volumes till till 25 are in dire need for scanlation
